Reservation requests can be made through the forms in the website, email or phone ; stating your personal details and your arrival / departure dates. After the direction will check the availability and confirm the booking (by phone or e-mail).
The client has 5 business days to send a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total (excluding discounts and extras). The sending of the deposit means the full acceptance the Camping Village Voltoncino and Marina Chiara rules. The deposit can be paid online by credit card on our website, by bank transfer or postal order. After the payment the direction will send an e-mail with a written confirmation of booking, full statement, form the names of the crew and a copy of the regulation. A copy of the confirmation to be completed and returned to the Department by the end of the practice. For mail booking requests the customer must wait the Direction’s confirmation (writing or by telephone) before sending the deposit.
In case of cancellation the customer must provide written notice by fax, mail and to contact management phone. 25% of the deposit is still retained for the handling costs of matter. If the cancellation is made within 31 days from the beginning of the stay, the remaining 75% may be returned or used in any other period, as long as within the current year, otherwise it will be retained in full.
2) The arrival: The arrival time is between 4pm and 8pm on Saturdays. For registration will be required for every adult a valid ID, and for children are sufficient birth date. It will be also made full payment of the entire stay (cash, debit or credit card, checks are not accepted) and will be paid a cash deposit of 150,00 €. The late arrival or early departure will result in payment of the whole booked period. To arrive at different times than expected please make arrangements with management.
Some bungalows bedroom apartments are designed for the residence of persons with disabilities.
3) The stay:
The price includes the use of bungalow and all the equipment inside, the bills of gas, electricity, water, and air conditioning and a parking space. It doesn’t include the beach equipment, television, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, neither the cleanliness of the apartments. It must be provided by the customer. If the customer chooses to rent the linen, the Department will carry out the weekly change of sheets every Saturday and towels twice a week, in accordance with the customer.
4) The departure:
The apartments must be left before 9:00am on the Saturday of departure. One of our staff will check that the bungalow is left clean, tidy and that there is no damage or breakages caused to the customer. In this case the deposit will be returned otherwise it will be calculated the value of the damage or the cost of cleaning necessary.
The Management is not responsible for damage to persons or property caused by anything else coming from pine trees in the camp or to the beach. The car park is unattended. Also the camping don’t accept the responsibility for injuries suffered or caused in the playground and in the animation activities, inasmuch as the children must be supervised by their parents.
6) Time of Silence
From 2pm to 4pm pm and from 11:30pm to 8 hours is the time of silence. This time it is forbidden to use TV, radio or musical instrument at a high volume which may disturb the other customers.
7) Movement of bicycles
In Camping is allow use the bike, but not during quiet hours and excluding areas bungalows.
The car can entrance into the bungalow area only on the day of arrival and day of departure.
9) Jurisdiction He was elected as a place of jurisdiction for all matters pertaining to the relationship between the parties and in particular the Italian court, the Court of Grosseto.
The Directorate open from 8 to 13 and from 16 to 20 . but an attendant will always be present even in closing time and during the night is always available the night-watchman (the main refer to each emergency).
At the restaurant you can choose between half board or full board taking directly to the manager Mr. Nicholas 333 2660813. The restaurants are open for all the season.
Open every day from 8am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm, unless otherwise specified. During the low season times and the supply could be reduced.
Newsstand at the bar, the Medical Service for a fee and the Fishmonger: There are during the months of July and August, but are external services and the management did not respond.
The beach is free, but reserved only for hotel guests. The management is not responsible. It is considered a mandatory civil conduct and respect for all. Access to platforms heliotherapeutic is subject to the presence of staff and weather conditions.
Internet Services Wi-Fi, paid free:
Is possible to access the secured wireless network using your computer and requesting the password in direction, during office hours. It is a FREE service. Network coverage is guaranteed in the entire village area.
The delivery of the bungalow / cottage is 4:00pm on the Saturday of arrival and the release at 9:00am on the Saturday of departure.
Prices is per week, from Saturday to Saturday and include: air conditioning, water supply, electricity, gas, parking and entertainment in the period in which it is provided. Linen is not included.
At the arrival a deposit of € 150,00 in cash which will be returned at the keys, after an inspection of the apartment by our staff. Will be requested documents to the crew and the stay balance.
Dogs are not allowed.
We accept payment by debit and credit card.
Check aren’t accepted.
Minors are not allowed in absent of the parent.
